About the Company

The National Pharmacy Technician Association (NPTA) is the largest professional trade association for pharmacy technicians in the world.

 

The association represents over 80,000 individuals practicing in a diverse variety of settings and is committed to advancing the pharmacy technician career through education, advocacy, and support.

NPTA serves as an online hub for pharmacy technicians and sells various certification courses. 

My Role

  • Social Media Management 

    • Created monthly content calendar ​

    • Monitored reports/analytics with Zoho 
       

  • Social Media Content Creation 

    • Created graphics with Canva ​

    • Copywriting on all platforms
       

  • Journalism/Copyediting ​

    • Collaborated with Director of Marketing and Communications to write cover stories for company magazine ​

    • Revised/edited blog submissions from contract writers

  • Branding/Community Management

    • Tailored content for brand consistency (sans-serif font, solid backgrounds, emojis) 

    • Conducted surveys to promote relevant content and communicate with NPTA members through various digital channels
