About the Company

The Lash Supply operates as a beauty supply company for professional lash technicians. The Lash Supply currently has 18 stores nationwide, an e-commerce site, and a wholesaling program. Select locations offer lash technician training, as well as lash extension and lash lift services.

Note: I was the only native English speaker on the corporate team. This experience inspired me to learn UX writing, a skill that enables me to create effective website content that is easily navigable by all audiences, regardless of background.

My Role

  • Social Media Content Creation 

    • Filmed and edited TikToks and Instagram Reels

    • Coordinated with graphic designers to create Facebook content 

  • Copywriting and Copyediting

    • Revised copy on e-commerce website and social media for SEO, grammar, and brand voice 

  • Community building 

    • Coordinated workshops across several locations nationwide 

    • Cultivated partnerships with influencers 

  • Digital Marketing

    • Developed brand strategy based on social listening, social media analytics, and market research

  • Social Media Management 

    • Created monthly content calendar ​

    • Coordinated with media agencies to schedule paid advertisements for 18 store locations
